Providing educational programs and materials about California native plants is central to our mission. Programs are held year round at our Sun Valley headquarters and at satellite locations in the community.
We bring native plants and vital information into local neighborhoods through:
Classes and workshops for adults and families
Field trips to TPF for K-12 students
In-class programs for K-12 students
A Speakers Bureau for community organizations
Public garden projects
Outreach activities at festivals, conferences, and other events
TPF's resources for new and experienced native plant gardeners include our on-line native plant database, in-house reference library, plant guides, print and e-newsletters, and world-famous Wild Flower Hotline.
