For adults and children (8 and up). Take a walk on TPF grounds with our 2018 Artist-in-Residence and K-12 Educator, slow down, spend time with native plants, observe natural light and learn how plants use it — and then make sun prints (cyanotypes) to take home. A cyanotype is an early photographic process (dating back to the 19th century) that uses chemicals and light to create a print. All materials provided; no experience necessary.
Julia is an artist and photographer, and TPF’s 2018 Artist-in-Residence. Her exhibition, Julia Paull: Perfect Mason, opens September 22 in the Theodore Payne Gallery. Photo above by Julia Paull.
Diana is TPF’s K-12 Educator.
