In Southern California, fall is prime time for sowing wildflower seed in the garden, and our famous spring annuals provide an array of colors and forms – and perform well in many garden spaces from meadows to mixed beds and borders to containers. You’ll gather tips and tricks on soil preparation, design concepts and sowing techniques, watering and cultivation, and enjoy an illustrated overview of the instructor’s most-beloved species.
This class will be held online via Zoom. A Zoom account is not required to attend. Students will be sent reminder emails with login information starting two days before the class.
Genevieve Arnold is TPF’s Seed Program Manager and an aficionado of local wildflower species in her own garden and in their natural wild habitats.
