One time donations can be made by using the form above, or by mailing a check to
Theodore Payne Foundation, 10459 Tuxford Street, Sun Valley, CA 91352.
Please include a note with the name of the person you are donating in honor of, as well as the name of their family or loved one who should be notified of the gift.
